Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Garcia’s Galactic Custom Apparel LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.

Because we specialize in custom embroidery, screen printing, and made-to-order apparel, every item is produced specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any products, including custom, personalized, corporate, workwear, or promotional items.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product due to our error, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will correct the error by replacing the item. We do not issue refunds.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Embroidered or screen-printed apparel

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Bulk or special orders


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including sizes, quantities, colors, and artwork approvals before final submission. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.


Refunds

Refunds are not issued under any circumstances unless required by law. Approved damage or error claims will be resolved through replacement only.
